	Orion Group S.A. is an international investment and petroleum-trading company.

	African roots, international scope

	The Orion Group S.A. group is engaged in a wide array of activities, as proven by its subsidiaries.

	Orion is a well-known, leading firm in the marketing of crude oil and refined products, particularly diesel, jet fuel, petrol and other petroleum products, around the world and particularly along the African coast from Senegal to South Africa.

	The group is also active in oil-related investments in all its client countries. It is engaged in setting up storage facilities, starting transport networks involving modern tanker vehicles, constructing distribution networks of petrol stations incorporating state-of-the-art technology, and building pipelines to facilitate the transport of products to clients, including those landlocked or still dependent upon less modern transportation networks.

	Orion Group has excellent relations with strong and reputable banks, having large international networks with operations in various countries. Geneva (SWITZERLAND): This office which is being opened on a very short time specialises in facilitating all the company’s financial activities. It coordinates relations with its various commercial partners involving the application of financial instruments, lines of credit, invoice payments, tanker freight, etc.

The Geneva Office is also solely responsible for monitoring crude trading activities and coordinating negotiations for the prospecting of new markets after contract termination.

Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of the Congo): This branch is responsible for managing the marketing of clean oils. It coordinates ship arrivals, product inspection and unloading, relations with various partner storage and clearing companies, maritime agents, and administrative, port and customs authorities. After Geneva, the Kinshasa office is the most important office in terms of activity, due to the concentration of various activities and the almost continuous presence there of the company’s senior management.

Abidjan (Ivory Coast): Established not far from the Autonomous Port of Abidjan, this branch is the company’s centre for supply-related activities. It is responsible for coordinating relations between Orion Oil LTD and its trading partners in Abidjan and West Africa. It monitors inventory and the levels of oil stocks through logistics companies. It maintains and monitors relations between the company and its principal suppliers. This branch is also involved in the company’s commitments vis-à-vis maritime agencies, insurance companies, inspection agencies, and administrative, port and customs authorities. It monitors bulk sales of products from various suppliers to ORION OIL LTD. It participates in seeking out and loading vessels and facilitates all administrative, port and customs procedures involving our partners.

	Brazzaville: The Brazzaville Office provides logistical support to the Kinshasa office, serving Brazzaville and Pointe Noire customers. It maintains and monitors our relations with this privileged clientele, in the same region as the Abidjan Office.
